Strengthening the body, mind and spirit!
Each class is a unique, creative sequence of learning the foundations of spinal alignment and balance with slow, detailed demonstrations for all levels. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, clarity, and inner peace with a deeper spiritual connection.
Please make sure to register at least one hour before class starts. You will receive a Zoom link 30 minutes before class starts. If you register after one hour, you can access the link on your Momoyoga account. Join the class 5 minutes early.
The recordings will be available for 48 hours and are only available to registered participants.
