Founded in 2002 by Deni Roman, Maui Yoga Path is rooted in Iyengar Yoga teachings and a holistic approach to healthy living.
Deni brings a lifetime of dedicated practice in yoga, movement, and spirituality, guiding students toward greater strength, stability, balance, inner freedom, and peace.
Deni has studied extensively at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India, bringing the depth, precision, and authenticity of Iyengar Yoga to Maui.
Description
The first half of the class is foundational asanas with slow, detailed instructions. The second half is the foundations of inversions from A to Z with chanting music for the soul. All levels are welcome.
Come 10 minutes early to register and settle in.
We supply mats and props.
