Description
These classes build physical stability and mental alertness. You will practice standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, inversions, and pranayama (breathwork). Each class is a unique, creative sequence of learning the foundations of spinal alignment and balance with slow, detailed demonstrations for all levels. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, clarity, and inner peace with a deeper spiritual connection.
