Founded in 2002 by Deni Roman, Maui Yoga Path is rooted in Iyengar Yoga teachings and a holistic approach to healthy living.
Deni brings a lifetime of dedicated practice in yoga, movement, and spirituality, guiding students toward greater strength, stability, balance, inner freedom, and peace.
Deni has studied extensively at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India, bringing the depth, precision, and authenticity of Iyengar Yoga to Maui.
Description
Fantastic music enhances freestyle movement in yoga, body isolations, dynamic movement, and relaxation. Combining various techniques creates joint mobility, ease in body movement, and an uplifting and fun experience.
