With long-held postures, breath awareness, and intentional stillness, this class offers a refuge from the noise - inviting you to soften, unwind, and return home to your body. In this class gravity helps the healing, breath guides the way and stillness becomes a practice.

🚨 We’ll move slowly and stay in poses for several minutes, giving your body time to melt tension and your nervous system space to settle. With little movement, your body temperature will drop - so dress warmly! 🧦🧣🧤Fluffy socks, comfy layers, snuggly sweaters and cozy hoodies are your best friends here! Wear whatever makes you feel like you are wrapped in a warm hug.
