Yoga in the Park is a blend of Vinyasa and Hatha, linking breath with movement in a smooth, continuous flow. With an emphasis on proper alignment and mindful transitions, this class helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and move safely and confidently.
This all-levels class takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Pétrusse Park, right by the mini golf buvette. In case of bad weather, we’ll move to our cozy pop-up yoga space just 1 minute away.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners, with options offered throughout.
