Therapeutic Yoga is a strong, alignment-focused practice designed to work with common problem areas such as the lower back, neck, shoulders, hips, and spine. It is suitable for all levels, but it is not random or passive movement — it is precise, intelligent work with the body.
Long hours of sitting create stiffness, weak muscles, and poor posture. This class focuses on correcting those patterns by improving posture, releasing chronic tension, and strengthening deep stabilizing muscles that often get ignored.

Functional Yoga for Strength and Mobility. Move and feel better daily.

This class blends functional yoga, therapeutic alignment, and simple neuroscience-informed movement principles to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, andcoordination while reducing stiffness and injury risk.We focus on the areas most affected by modern life and repetitive movement—hips,hamstrings, lower back, shoulders, and spine—helping release tension, improveposture, and build deep stabilizing strength.Through targeted mobility work, functional movement patterns, and mindful breath,you’ll improve body awareness, movement efficiency, and recovery—supportingeveryday ease and overall wellbeing.
