If you’re new to yoga, I’d suggest starting with the Vinyasa classes ( 10.00 - 11.00 am ) to build a solid foundation. But hey, if you’re up for a bit more adventure and ready to dive into something fun and dynamic, you’re absolutely welcome to join this class, too! Just bring a good attitude and an open heart—trust me, it’ll get you far 😉


Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to take the yoga practice deeper.
The class starts and you are in the Flow. We transition from one asana to the next one while synchronizing and connecting breath, movement to the beat of the music.

While practicing to modern music, we’ll build up a sequence of yoga asanas step by step, which then come together choreographed to a particular song. Inside Flow will touch your heart directly, strengthen your body, and leave you feeling uplifted and connected.

Based on the yogic philosophy SPANDA - the pulsation of nature - we embody the Spanda with our breath and our movement.

The aim is to harmonise body and mind and to achieve a meditative state through the combination of music, breath and movement.

Slow Flow (Gentle Yoga & Breath)
A calming and mindful yoga class focused on slow, fluid movements and conscious breathing. The practice includes gentle yoga sequences combined with pranayama (breathwork) techniques designed to help calm and regulate the nervous system. Moving at a relaxed pace allows time to explore each posture with awareness and proper alignment while connecting breath and movement. This class supports releasing tension, improving flexibility, and creating a sense of inner balance. Suitable for all levels, it offers a space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with your body and breath.
