What is Inside Flow:
Experience the seamless union of movement, breath, and music in this unique Vinyasa On Beat class, designed to guide you into the flow state. From the first inhale to the final exhale, we move together—on beat, in rhythm, like an infinite loop. Imagine your favorite Vinyasa flow, now infused with music that drives each transition. Every posture is connected through breath, every movement synchronized with the rhythm.
This class is all about presence, rhythm, and release. A dynamic, energizing sequence of asanas will help you tune out the noise and tune into your body and breath.
