Yin yoga - mostly floor based postures.. come to the pose to the point where things start to get interesting, then resolve to be skilfully still , engage with the breath to anchor yourself in the experience and only go deeper if the body invites you. Here we work by appropriately stressing the joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia.. This is a much more still practice to compliment a more active yang style practice
