Description
A mindful morning asana (yoga posture) flow suitable for all levels. This class focuses on gentle movement that encourages the flow of prana (life force) to boost vitality, release tension in the body, and soothe the nervous system.
Depending on the group and current needs, we use a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Pranayama techniques.
Tea, yoga mats, and other props are available in the studio.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class.
