Come and join us for a mid morning, energising, grounding hatha flow class. This is chance to find some space for yourself at the very start of the week to release whatever has built up over the weekend (mind & body) and get yourself ground, connected and ready for the week ahead.

The class is open level so suitable for all levels of experience. It will be a mixed of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and shavasana (final relaxation). I give lots of options and variations so everyone is encouraged to take it at their own pace.

There is a requirement to wear a mask when coming to class. This can be removed as soon as you are on your mat and kept off for the duration of the class. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask for the duration of the class of course that's absolutely fine too. Thank you for your understanding.

All you need is a yoga mat, bottle of water and an open mind. Namaste
