A slow mindful class including gentle flowing movements and longer help yin/restorative poses. Ideal for beginners or those who want a slower paced class. Meditation, movement, breath work and shavasana in every class. Sometimes slowing down can be the hardest thing to do…let yourself be guided into this experience. Not suitable for anyone pregnant.
