A full day of movement, breathwork, meditation, rest, good food and even better craic at the stunning Gorse Hill. We'll be harnessing the magic of the full Moon and the solar eclipse balancing our internal sun & moon energies as we gear up for a change in season.

This includes full day: 2 yoga sessions, 2 meditations, 2 yoga nidras, welcome tea, coffee, snack on arrival and freshly prepared vegetarian lunch. If you would like to use the Barrel Sauna at the end of the day this can be booked for separately at an additional €15. Please ask upon booking.
