Description

Hatha Flow Class. A strong grounding practice to help you release any tension and let go of your day. Each class is a different combination of asanas, with emphasis on exploring & creating space in the body & mind. All classes include meditation, pranayama (breath work) and finish with a nice long shavasana (final relaxation). Suitable for all although so previous experience of yoga would be helpful for the pace of this class.
