Gentle Yoga suitable for all levels; complete beginners, anyone with lower back or hip niggles or anyone looking for a more relaxed pace.

Most asanas (postures) are seated or lying down with very little weight bearing or balancing. The emphasis is on nourishing and supporting the hips, lower back, providing a full body stretch and a calming, soothing experience for the mind.


All classes include meditation, pranayama (breath work), asana (postures) and shavasana (final relaxation)


No props required but you might like to have a couple of pillows/cushions and a blanket to hand.
