Hatha Flow, open level. This class is an opportunity to take some time out for yourself before for your day begins.
Emphasis on gently opening the body & mind, leaving you feeling energised & grounded, ready for your day ahead.
Each class is different depending on the theme of the week but all classes include meditation, pranayama (breath work), asana (postures) and shavasana (final relaxation).
