This class combines joint-friendly strengthening with slow, controlled transitions. We move intentionally, practicing each asana for a few breaths at a time.

Experience slow transitions, musculoskeletal alignment, and interoceptive awareness. If you are ready to learn how to practice yoga safely for your hypermobile body, this class was made for you! Not hypermobile? No problem - this practice is beneficial for all.
