Think “restorative with a twist,” as we practice calming breathing techniques in restful poses. We may also incorporate some self-myofascial release (self-massage) in between asana.

Experience slow transitions, musculoskeletal alignment, and interoceptive awareness. If you are ready to learn how to practice yoga safely for your hypermobile body, this class was made for you! Not hypermobile? No problem - this practice is beneficial for all.
