Description
The Winter Series will run for 12 weeks. We'll begin on 1/12 and end 3/30.
Students will create a yoga story of their own using their imagination and various props. When it's time to rest, Miss Alyssa will invite yogis to snuggle with their favorite stuffy as she reads them a guided meditation. Students will leave feeling accomplished and relaxed
