In this drop off class, yogis will explore poses, breathwork and relaxation through fun games that encourage teamwork, healthy peer interaction, problem solving, focus and confidence. Whether it's a traditional board game or a game children create together, they will strengthen both body and mind while building resilience and joy.

This class begins 4/12 and ends 6/21. There is no class 5/24
