School is coming up and with that excitement can come nervous jitters, anxious feelings and big feelings to process. This interactive workshop will help our kids learn strategies to combat stress and anxiety so that they feel prepared to take on the new school year. Each Yogi will leave with a tangible toolbox of items they can access whenever they need.
