Description
Yoga is so much more than just stretching and exercising. Being a Teenager isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be. From moral issues, social media challenges, to peer pressure and much more, teens face the same challenges as we do. When given the proper tools, our teens learn to deal with every day life challenges in a whole new way! This results in better focus, concentration and better judgment.
This class runs as a 12 week session over the course of 14 weeks (there will be no class on 11/24). Sessions allow students to develop a rapport with one another while simoteanously developing a routine yoga and mindfulness practice.
