Toddler & Me Yoga is a playful and engaging class designed for toddlers and their caregivers to connect, move, and grow together! Through music, movement, yoga poses, stories, games, and mindfulness activities, little ones build coordination, confidence, and social skills in a fun and supportive environment. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate alongside their child, creating special bonding moments while learning calming tools they can use at home. No yoga experience is needed - just come ready to move, laugh, and make memories together!

Babies can do yoga too? Yes! in fact, babies are natural Yogis! In this class, we'll focus on the important milestones for babies. We'll work on yoga poses to bond caregivers with babies, aid in digestion, brain development, crossing the midline and more.

Appropriate for 6 weeks through early crawlers
