Description

This is a great class for siblings to do together. This age group will focus on moving through various yoga asanas (poses) and stretching exercises to help kids improve strength, flexibility, movement integration and coordination. Breathing and visualization techniques will be utilized to increase relaxation and concentration, while learning methods of self-discipline and control. Kids will leave feeling energized, self confident and happy.

This class runs as a 12 week session over the course of 13 weeks. Sessions allow students to develop a rapport with one another while simoteanously developing a routine yoga and mindfulness practice.
