This series is specifically geared for high school students to focus on physical and mental well-being through age-appropriate poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. Tailored to the developmental needs of adolescents, it aims to enhance flexibility, strength, and concentration while fostering stress relief and self-awareness. Classes often incorporate fun and interactive elements to make the practice engaging for high schoolers. Students will learn tools that will last them a lifetime
This series will begin on 1/9 and end on 4/2. There will be no class on 3/26 during the week of spring break
