his is a drop off class specifically designed for Yogis of all abilities to enforce independence, focus on increasing memory and concentration and learn how to tone, strengthen and stretch the entire body in a fun and engaging way. This class will be limited to 5 students

This class will run as a 6 week session beginning on 3/4 and end on 4/15. There will be no class on Monday, 3/25 during Spring Break
