This class includes time to slow down together and reconnect with the importance of the breath (prana). We’ll explore fun poses and games through partner and group activities!

These classes are designed for parents, caregivers, children, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents to come together in an exciting way that promotes movement and mindfulness.
