Step into the new year with clarity, intention and yoga. This special workshop begins with a grounding yoga flow designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and awaken your sense of possibility. Through movement, you'll create space in your body and mind for what you want to welcome in next.
After yoga, we’ll shift into vision board creation. A fun, creative, and empowering process where you’ll set intentions, explore your goals, and craft a visual roadmap for the year ahead. All supplies are provided, and no artistic experience is needed. You’ll leave feeling inspired, refreshed, connected snd ready to step confidently into 2026
