In this playful and empowering class, young yogis explore movement, breathwork, and mindfulness in a way that feels fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. Through imaginative poses, games, teamwork activities, and calming relaxation exercises, children build strength, confidence, focus, and emotional awareness. Each class supports social-emotional skills like self-regulation, kindness, and problem-solving while encouraging creativity and self-expression. Kids leave feeling grounded, proud, and joyful, carrying their yoga tools into everyday life.
