Through a combination of movement, breath work, and present-moment awareness, you’ll develop strength, enhance mobility, and let go of built-up tension. This class unfolds at a steady, approachable pace, with variations offered for every level. It’s an opportunity to slow down, listen, and nurture a deeper sense of balance and ease.
