This Slow Flow is a mindful, all-levels class that blends gentle movement with intentional breath. You’ll move through a thoughtfully paced sequence of poses designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and deepen body awareness without feeling rushed. Smooth transitions and longer holds encourage balance, release tension, and create space to refine alignment while staying connected to your breath. The practice concludes with soothing stretches and a deeply restful final relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention.

In this fun and empowering drop off class, children will explore yoga through movement, mindfulness, and creativity.
