In this fun and empowering summer series, kids will explore yoga through movement, mindfulness, and creativity. Each class combines active yoga flows, breathwork, partner poses, games, and relaxation to help kids build strength, flexibility, focus, and confidence.

This class encourages self-expression, teamwork, and resilience, all in a supportive and playful environment. Great for beginners and experienced yogis alike!
