Family Yoga is all about fun and then relaxing! It gives parents, children and siblings the opportunity for a healthy interaction in a class that will include poses for all ages, breathing exercises, partner poses and relaxation. Prepare to laugh a lot, explore fun shapes with your kids and increase family bonds.
First, families will work together to create a painting which depicts a summer sunset. Then, the night will conclude with sunset family yoga. ​
