There’s a reason that major sports teams and athletes, such as The New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles, are incorporating Yoga into their traditionally rigorous training regimens. Did you know that Shaquille O’Neal, former NBA player, turned to Yoga as a way to help preserve his body for his career?

Yoga helps develop body awareness, increase flexibility, build muscle, feel part of a healthy, non competitive group, build self esteem, manage stress and increase concentration and focus. Tween Girls are invited to join us for an evening of relaxing fun. We’ll journal, craft, move our bodies and then do some restorative yoga to encourage mindfulness and meditation. Students should dress for comfort (pjs highly encouraged!) and bring a blanket.

Space is limited. MYL Studio complies with all social distance and CDC guidelines. All parents are required to complete a health form prior to class and temperatures will be taken upon arrival.
