A Strength & Stretch Workshop to Build from the Inside Out

Your core is more than just your abs - it’s your centre of strength, balance, and support in both movement and stillness. In this workshop, we’ll explore how building a strong, stable core can support your practice and your everyday life.

Expect a slow, controlled sequence that builds deep internal heat and activates your core muscles with intention and awareness - all accessible to every level of practitioner.
We’ll finish with a soothing Yin session aimed at soothing and stretching the core.
