Aldís S. Sigurðardóttir er nálastungufræðingur, qigong kennari og jógakennari. Hún stundaði nám í London þar sem hún öðlaðist BSc í nálastungum og hefur unnið við það í yfir áratug. Með nálastungum, qigong, jóga og tónheilun sameinar hún ýmis meðferðarform og nýtir það í sínum einka- og hópmeðferðum.
Description
Yoga is the cultivation of right relationship. In this class we will practice cultivating friendship with the body and ourselves. Starting with a cup of cacao and intention we will then slowly move in to gentle warm ups.
In the yin practice we will work with a couple postures each class with longer holds that can be adapted to meet the individual needs of students. You will learn the benefits of each pose.
Props will be provided.
Class will end with a sound healing and guided relaxation known as shavasana.
