Advanced HotFlow (60min) with Ritianne Richardson is a challenging yet fun yoga class where we focus on moving our body through the power of inhaling and exhaling in order to experience both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronised breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout the body. Ideal for regular practitioners but newbies with determination are more than welcome :).The sequence of postures are performed at a moderate pace while incorporating a mix of standing postures, arm balances & inversions guaranteed to strengthen shoulders, arm & core muscles. After 12 gruelling weeks of yoga, sweat and more yoga they are ready to put their skills and knowledge into action as they teach their first public yoga class. Class is free and mats are provided. All you need is some water, towel and your support!
