A dynamic sequence of yoga poses synchronized with uplifting music, focusing on fluid transitions and mindful movement. Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath with movement and finding your own natural flow.

This way of flowing is different from any other vinyasa class, yoga class. We move with the music and embody the energy of the song. That’s why it’s a revolutionary step in vinyasa yoga. A yoga sequence choreographed in perfect harmony with a specific song to help you experience a flow-like state of mind without any resistance. Music is the catalyst that helps yogis unify mind, breath, and movement. Some yogis say that music is a distraction. They argue you should only focus on your breath to be aware of the present moment. But the right music at the right moment can enhance awareness of the present moment. Music is the gateway to your inner soul. It’s universal and holy. Music helps to overcome language barriers and to connect people irrespective of their mother tongue. When you combine music with your movement and breath, the message you want to convey becomes even clearer.

Simona, is the heart behind HotYoga Malta, the founder of Momosyoga, and the lead trainer for Yoga Teaching Training. With roots in contemporary dance, she brings a rich background in somatic work through extensive research on movement and contact improvisation practice. The Best way to learn progressively the Primary Series through a methodical approach where each student receives the utmost attention and individual adjustments and where the focus is given on the principles of alignment and breathing techniques.

Valérie started her Yoga journey in Paris in 2012 under the guidance of Amanda Dates. Moved then to Malaysia in 2014 where She completed a 450 H Teacher Training Course in Hatha Yoga.
She then started teaching in various studios in Kuala Lumpur for 6 years while continuing practicing Ashtanga and Hatha yoga.
While still living in Asia She travelled to Mysore, India to consolidate her Ashtanga practice and further her understanding in Yoga Anatomy and Philosophy.
In 2020 She moved to Malta where She is on a continuing mission of personal study and , aspiring to create a community of Ashtanga students.

A class where relaxation meets stretching and mobility in a candle-lit studio, which will help you feel grounded, relaxed and calm just before bedtime, giving you one of the best sleeps possible.

The class involves gentle movements but is still challenging, especially if one is motivated to dive deeper in the postures and experience a hybrid between pushing your flexibility and relaxation.
As you practice among the soothing candles, you can really gain some clarity and find that peace of mind and tap into some mindfulness.

Nicki is a fitness enthusiast who is a firm believer in the importance of a holistic approach to fitness. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at HotYoga Malta in 2022, making her a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, E-RYS 200.

Bring your own water, towel, and something warm to possibly cover yourself with during Savasana. Mats are provided by the studio, and towels are available to rent at the studio.

The 90 min sequence comprises of a set series of yoga postures practiced in a heated studio. In this 90-minute Bikram Yoga class, the 26 postures are held for an extended length of time during each sequence. Maintaining poses requires you to hold your body in stillness, focusing and breathing through the process. This intense focus creates changes in your body while giving you structure around the chaos of your day and developing your strength of mind. Each Posture is Repeated Twice
You will feel the first set of Bikram poses begin to warm your body, helping create alignment in the postures. The second set of poses allows you to go deeper, fully reaping the benefits each pose has to offer. This is when you start seeing your progression from one class practice to the next. 50 Minute Standing Series
The first 50 minutes of the class is when the Standing Series of postures are completed. The Standing Series elevates your heart rate, metabolic rate and core temperature to an ideal level for healing and physiological and mental changes to occur.
40 Minute Floor Series
The Final 40 minutes of the class consists of the Floor Series. The Floor Series allows your body to continue its healing process in the heated room because our core temperature will remain the same. During the Floor Series, your body and mind will also begin to relax and release any built up tension as your heart and metabolic rate begin to lower. A short rest period (Savasana) Savasana is just as important as each posture, giving your body a release from the previous pose and readying your mind for what’s next. Savanna allows you to recover, gain extra oxygen and move with energy in your body. Attending a HotYoga class at least twice a week keeps even the most experience practitioners in peak performance.
While it might seem convenient to attend a shorter class, our beginners find it most useful to attend the 90-minute classes while they learn the sequence. The 90-minute class allows time for the instructors to give full guidance and walk around gently correcting alignment to help you perfect your practice. Beginners certainly find this useful, but lack of focus and attention to detail can affect us all.

🧘🏽‍♂️Jumpei is originally from Japan and is a dancer and choreographer by profession.
Following his passion for body and mind, he started experiencing bodywork therapies such as Pilates, Reiki, and Chinese massage.
At the same time, he discovered hot yoga and has been practicing since 2011 in Japan as well as Australia.
After moving to Malta, he did Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course with Hot Yoga Malta-Momosyoga and is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher, E-RYS200, and Instructor since 2022, after having experienced 4 months internship at HotYoga Malta, he officially became part of HY Momosyoga studio team.

90’ Heated Class

Progressive Hatha Yoga is an intermediate level of Hatha Yoga practice that builds upon the foundational principles of traditional Hatha Yoga.
With 56 postures 2 breathing exercises, it typically involves a more dynamic and challenging approach compared to beginner-level Hatha Yoga. This practice incorporates a series of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques aimed at enhancing physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. It may also delve deeper into the philosophical aspects of yoga, such as mindfulness and self-awareness. The term "progressive" suggests a gradual advancement in complexity and intensity as practitioners become more proficient in their yoga practice.
Jays started his yoga journey more than a decade ago to support a friend who opened a yoga studio. But this unexpectedly sparked a lifelong passion for the mental, physical and spiritual benefits that yoga can bring.The benefits of yoga made a big impact on his perception of physical activity, he could get so many outcomes from it, mentally calming the mind and making healthier choices, physically without running or lifting weights and spiritually feeling more connected to the universe and Mother Nature.



Jays completed Bikram yoga teacher training in Cobargo under Amrei Marden and 17 times world champion, teacher and Guru Dev Kapel, in November 2023. He then when on to complete his Teacher training in Progressive Hatha Yoga ( intermediate yoga) in March 2024. Jays also has a level 2 qualification in Yoga Sports and likes to compete, taking out 1st place in the Australian masters , Yoga Sport Nationals and coming 2nd in the Yoga day International championship in 2023.

Join the mat for 4 Asanas Flows dedicated to the Celebration of Air, Fire, Water, and Earth within. Learn how to purposefully utilize the tools provided by the Asanas and emotions to achieve balance between the Elements and restore harmony to the entire System.
🤸🏻‍♀️Target Area - 🧘🏼‍♂️Sensation - 🧰Adaptation; through these 3 essential keys for Body Practice suitable for all levels, each participant will acquire tools for a customized activity adaptable to different life cycles.

*** According to the first principle of Ayurveda, every being is unique, and only through experiential knowledge can one become their own Master, dynamically shaping their practice and lifestyle. Having been a Hata Yoga Siddha teacher since 2019 and holding an up-to-date 200h RYT Yoga Alliance certification, Marco Strafalaci has always been a passionate seeker of the harmonic path to Union with the Divine and among all Beings. The study of Ayurveda, deeper connections with Universal Ancestral Esoteric Wisdom, the practice of listening to the body through Yoga and Meditation, and a passion for Music as a master instrument of attunement with the present, have guided his life journey since his youth.
