This class is conducted exclusively by certified Inside Flow teachers, ensuring an authentic experience. It is designed to help you connect with your inner flow, cultivate mindfulness, and energize your body and mind.
Experience a dynamic sequence of yoga poses synchronized with uplifting music, focusing on mindful Unity of Movement, Functional Breathing Techniques, rhythm and pace.
Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath with movement and finding your own natural flow.

Music helps to overcome language barriers and to connect people irrespective of their mother tongue. Denise is a qualified Yoga Teacher. Her Yoga journey began back in 2018 in Italy, and she has never stopped ever since.

Denise teaches Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga inspired by the method Body Mind Flow, a powerful method that helps you to reconnect to your breath and to your inner self thanks to the combination of asanas (yoga poses), meditation, breathinig techniques and free movement.

She also teaches Inside Flow Yoga, a style that perfectly combines asanas and breathing with music to guide you through a unique flow-like state of mind experience.

Her intention is to let students understand that practicing Yoga means to move the body consciously, being guided by the breath. She wants to spread the concept that Yoga is a never-ending journey of personal growth that starts on the mat, and continues outside of it in everyday life.

The Ashtanga practice consists of a specific and predetermined sequences of postures/ asanas linking breath and movement. In this class you will learn the alignment of your breath with the asanas. You will have different options to do the postures aligned with your body. Ashtanga yoga is a physical practice but you are here to slowly challenge your body and mind to relax in the movements.

RYT200 Yoga Allience Certified Teacher, Twelve years ago in Mallorca, Marit stumbled upon Ashtanga yoga, a discovery that would change her life forever. Having dabbled in various yoga styles in Sweden, Marit, despite not considering herself a particularly physical person, found herself captivated by the daily practice of Ashtanga yoga. This newfound passion surprised not only herself but also her family and friends. Through dedicated practice, Marit unearthed a deeper connection with herself and discovered the power of listening to her inner truth. She learned the importance of nurturing body, mind, and spirit to achieve balance in life. Following her teacher training in Miami, Marit returned to Mallorca and established her own yoga studio. While the practice has always been an internal journey for her, mastering new physical postures has taught Marit that she is capable of achieving more in life than her mind initially believed.

The studio doors will open 15 minutes before the class begins. Mats are available for use at the studio. Please remember to bring a towel and water. However, if you forget, towels are available for rent and water can be purchased. Showers are also provided at the studio for your convenience.

The class involves gentle movements but is still challenging, especially if one is motivated to dive deeper in the postures and experience a hybrid between pushing your flexibility and relaxation.
As you practice among the soothing candles, you can really gain some clarity and find that peace of mind and tap into some mindfulness.

Nicki is a fitness enthusiast who is a firm believer in the importance of a holistic approach to fitness. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at HotYoga Malta in 2022, making her a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, E-RYS 200.

The 60 minutes sequence comprises of a set series of yoga postures practiced in a heated studio. It is a challenging, exciting and vigorous series created for everyone regardless of their fitness level, body type or experience. Postures are designed specifically to combine flexibility, strength, and balance to work the entire body. It focuses at strengthening all the major muscles in the body,realigning the body and providing a cardiovascular workout without stressing the joints.

Simona, is the heart behind HotYoga Malta, the founder of Momosyoga, and the lead trainer for Yoga Teaching Training. With roots in contemporary dance, she brings a rich background in somatic work through extensive research on movement and contact improvisation practice. Throughout the class, you'll be guided to focus on your breath, the sensations in your body, and the thoughts passing through your mind. Through this intentional awareness, you'll uncover a greater understanding of the mind-body connection.

About your instructor:
Christa started her yoga journey a decade ago. A teacher by profession, she carried out the 200-hour Teacher Training program at the Hot Yoga Malta studio in 2020 and has been delving deeper into the philosophy ever since. Christa is passionate about sharing different techniques to make yoga accessible to everyone, allowing the practitioner to find the path to their inner dimensions, in unison with their body and breath.

This 60-minute sequence is a vigorous and dynamic style of yoga practiced in a heated room, designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of challenging poses and sequences.
Vinyasa-based style, great for deepening your practice and learning how to challenge yourself. It is an invigorating and strong class that can help increase flexibility, build muscle tone, and strength. Through the postures in this power yoga class, yogis can gain a strong sense of connection to the physical body. This connection between breath, mind, and body can help alleviate stress and improve mental well-being and physical fitness.
The heated environment will make you sweat profusely, helping to detoxify the body and loosen tight muscles, allowing for deeper stretches.

Expect a cardiovascular workout that increases your heart rate and improves overall stamina. You'll perform various poses that require you to engage different muscle groups, enhancing muscle tone and strength. The heat helps increase your flexibility, allowing for deep stretches that improve the range of motion in your muscles and joints.

Claudia is an Italian former professional dancer with a rich background in both performance and teaching worldwide. After retiring from the dancing scene, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2020. Throughout her years as a performer, yoga played a crucial role in enhancing her flexibility, strength, and stamina. Claudia shares, "Yoga was an important step before and after every performance. It was the only way I could find focus, and it taught me how to use my breath efficiently as a performer and in my daily life."

Claudia holds multiple certifications, including:
