**Simona** has recently become part of the Inside Flow family, having successfully completed the Inside Flow Fundamentals Teacher Training. She is the heart behind HotYoga Malta, the founder of Momosyoga, and the lead trainer for Yoga Teaching Training. With roots in contemporary dance, she brings a rich background in somatic work through extensive research on movement and contact improvisation practice. As a Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (E-RYT 500 YACEP), she is dedicated to helping others find their inner flow and connect with the transformative power of yoga.

Led by our experienced and compassionate yoga instructor, this class is designed to integrate the principles of mindfulness into your practice, cultivate inner peace, release stress, and develop a profound awareness

The session begins with a brief meditation to centre your thoughts and draw your attention inward. By anchoring your awareness to the present moment, you'll learn to let go of distractions and embrace the whole experience of each pose.

The yoga sequences in this class are then carefully crafted to encourage fluidity and grace in movement, emphasizing the connection between breath and motion, while remaining fully present in the experience.

Throughout the class, you'll be guided to focus on your breath, the sensations in your body, and the thoughts passing through your mind. Through this intentional awareness, you'll uncover a greater understanding of the mind-body connection.

About your instructor:
Christa is a dedicated yoga instructor who completed the 200-hour Teacher Training programme at Hot Yoga Malta in 2020. After turning to yoga over ten years ago to support her own healing journey, she has since deepened her understanding of using yoga to heal the mind-body connection. Beyond yoga asanas, her classes incorporate mindfulness and breathing techniques to enhance mental well-being. Christa's warm and welcoming approach invites all sorts of students to explore the benefits of yoga. Join her on the mat to experience her nurturing guidance and empower your journey towards self-discovery and healing.

Christa is currently obtaining an 85-hour Pre-Natal Teacher Training certification and offers one-to-one lessons to mothers-to-be to support their physical and mental journey towards birth.
