After turning to yoga over ten years ago to support her own healing journey, she has since deepened her understanding of using yoga to heal the mind-body connection. Beyond yoga asanas, her classes incorporate mindfulness and breathing techniques to enhance mental well-being. Christa's warm and welcoming approach invites all sorts of students to explore the benefits of yoga. Christa is currently obtaining an 85-hour Pre-Natal Teacher Training certification and offers one-to-one lessons to mothers-to-be to support their physical and mental journey towards birth.
