It is a challenging, exciting and vigorous series created for everyone regardless of their fitness level, body type or experience. Postures are designed specifically to combine flexibility, strength, and balance to work the entire body. It focuses at strengthening all the major muscles in the body,realigning the body and providing a cardiovascular workout without stressing the joints.

A yoga sequence choreographed in perfect harmony with a specific song to help you experience a flow-like state of mind without any resistance. Music is the catalyst that helps yogis unify mind, breath, and movement. Some yogis say that music is a distraction. They argue you should only focus on your breath to be aware of the present moment. But the right music at the right moment can enhance awareness of the present moment. Music is the gateway to your inner soul. Itâs universal and holy. Music helps to overcome language barriers and to connect people irrespective of their mother tongue. When you combine music with your movement and breath, the message you want to convey becomes even clearer.
**Simona** has recently become part of the Inside Flow family, having successfully completed the Inside Flow Fundamentals Teacher Training. She is the heart behind HotYoga Malta, the founder of Momosyoga, and the lead trainer for Yoga Teaching Training. With roots in contemporary dance, she brings a rich background in somatic work through extensive research on movement and contact improvisation practice. As a Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (E-RYT 500 YACEP), she is dedicated to helping others find their inner flow and connect with the transformative power of yoga.

Following his passion for body and mind, he started experiencing bodywork therapies such as Pilates, Reiki, and Chinese massage.
At the same time, he discovered hot yoga and has been practicing since 2011 in Japan as well as Australia.
After moving to Malta, he did Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course with Hot Yoga Malta-Momosyoga and is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher, E-RYS200, and Instructor since 2022, after having experienced 4 months internship at HotYoga Malta, he officially became part of HY Momosyoga studio team.
