The 75 minutes sequence comprises of a set series of yoga postures practiced in a heated studio. It is a challenging, exciting and vigorous series created for everyone regardless of their fitness level, body type or experience. Postures are designed specifically to combine flexibility, strength, and balance to work the entire body. It focuses at strengthening all the major muscles in the body,realigning the body and providing a cardiovascular workout without stressing the joints.

Linéa attended Bikram Teacher Training in LA in 2012 and has been spreading the yoga love since. Originally from South Africa, Linéa lived in California for 10 years and taught full time in the San Francisco area at several studios. She has been travelling for the past 2 years teaching in Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, South Africa and is looking forward to teaching in Malta. In class, Linéa will tell you what to do and how to do it to ensure you live your best life off your mat.
