This 90-minute class, inspired by Bikram Yoga, features a set sequence of 26 postures practiced in a heated studio. The first 50 minutes focus on the Standing Series, elevating your heart rate and core temperature, while the final 40 minutes comprise the Floor Series, promoting healing and relaxation.

About Martha:
Martha completed her 200-hour hot yoga training in 2018 and has since earned certifications in Wheel Yoga, Transformative Sequencing, SUP Yoga, and Yin Yoga. With a deep passion for creating balanced, mindful experiences, she integrates her yoga expertise with her psychology degree and master’s in addiction studies. Martha’s teaching emphasizes the mind-body connection, guiding students toward self-awareness and growth, whether in the intensity of hot yoga or the calm of Yin practice.
