This studio is the place to connect to your body, mind and soul. Relax, restore and rejuvenate with one of the healing classes that are offered.
Description
We will begin this class with breath work, reducing anxiety, and bringing calm to the mind/body. Then we will move into light movement, mostly held on the floor, repetitive movement with each step of the sequence. This class is suitable for all levels and beginner, friendly.
The studio is located between Pine Lake Rd. and Old Cheney Road off of 56th St., turn on waltz place by Liberty First Bank and go over the little bridge and turn right. Go all the way to the end and you’re there. You are welcome to call the studio at 402-937-0731 if you get lost.
