Description
Join us for this gentle, Yin yoga practice, that focuses on stretching and lengthening the deep connective tissues of the body. The slow, mindful nature of Yin yoga, combined with guided breathing helps to calm the nervous system. This practice reduces stress, anxiety, tension, improves flexibility and so much more!
This class will conclude with a long svasana (rest), accompanied by the soothing sounds of Crystal and Tibetan bowls. Sending you into a state of bliss!
