This studio is the place to connect to your body, mind and soul. Relax, restore and rejuvenate with one of the healing classes that are offered.
Description
In this class we will do 4 to 6 poses on the floor, supported by bolsters. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided for this class. We will then move to a restful position for sound healing with the crystal singing bowls and chimes.
