Just you, your mat, your body, and the movement. Calisthenics simply means body-weight. With our body, we have EVERYTHING we need to be able to move.
You will be surprised at the strength you can build just from using your body in a small space. I challenge you to give this a go, there are many levels and layers and this class is designed to meet you where you are at. No experience required, and many options available.
