Our Hatha classes are slow and gentle, making them excellent for yoga beginners/ people with any psychical recovery or someone who just wants to slow it down.

This Hatha class will involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than a flow or Vinyasa flow.
