Core power yoga is one of the multi-disciplinary and more vigorous types of yoga that strengthens and empowers the body, mind, and spirit. The practice of core power yoga aims to teach students to communicate with their bodies and access their spiritual core so they can achieve inner power.

Get a totally different perspective on your practice as you move your body through a dynamic, new and interesting Vinyasa core practice. Your core is your center of power consisting of your abdominal, back, buttocks, and pelvic muscles. These muscles are the foundation of posture, movement and balance. You will learn the specific core principles, core alignment, core waves and core transitions as well as building strength and endurance in the body’s core muscles.
